Having traction issues, need advice
Ever since I've done my ported intake/heads/1.6 rrs I've had more of an issue of keeping the power to the ground. I need to increase traction while I'm driving on the street. I'm looking for the most effective way to do this be it: different rims with wider tires or more suspension components. I already have aftermarket LCAs in. Again, I'm looking for a street friendly solution not simply "Get drag radials/slicks".

Ummm... the stock tire size barely holds the stock power. Wheels/tires would be the first place Id look.
Id go 17 or 18x9 up front and 18x10.5 at least for the rears. Somethin like a 295 if you go wide enough, or maybe a 315 on a 11" wheel if u want some serious street meats.

Looks like you are worried about how long tires will last so i am guessing its a DD? DR's are probly not the best answer then. You will be able to spin any street tire pretty much but just try and get a wide one that has good traction. I went with the Goodyear GSD3.Control the right foot and its not so bad with a good set of tires
