these wheels are not intended for just driving around anywhere and everywhere...... if you HAVE to then i guess you have to but you have to take extra care of these kinda wheels unless you want them looking ugly..... here is something i do, i never drive them in the rain, i never use any cleaner on them...... i just wash with water and a rag and then always wipe dry....... that right there will keep you from having to polish them much

Like i mentioned I'm using Mother's polish but can I pick up that Master Formula Metal gloss from AZ, oreillys, etc.?

post pics pls

Try it out and see if you like it. I know I didn't. If not then your best bet from a parts store is Mother's Billet Aluminum or Eagle 1 Nano Polish. There is probably more but I have heard good things from those 2. Wenol and Master Formula has to be purchased online.

As far as I know you have to purchase direct from their website.

I picked mine up at the Good Guys Car Show here in KC last September. Sorry about not posting pics. I'll post them when I get home from work today.

keep going alittle further to get the fine scratches out of it, it'll make it shine better too in the end....after 1500, use 2000 grit and then alot of muscle with a good aluminum polish and a terry cloth, use alot of polish if you have to it should shine nicely after that

I just ordered the materials needed to get that shine again...

I'll get some 2k grit and redo the wheels before I apply the master polish & sealer. Hopefully they look 1,000x betr but I should get the materials by early next wk

Those are definently coated with something, they look kind of cloudy! Whether it be paint or powdercoat I do not know without seeing it in person. That is why they do not look as shiny as others is because your not actually polishing the bare metal, all that getting accomplished is the coating is getting scratched to hell by the sandpaper and polish.

I would hit those with some Mothers Billet. Thats what I used when I wet sanded mine and they shined like a mirror. I also use a foam applicator, it seems to help more than using a micro fiber towel or anything else

I never have liked that master formula crap even though so many on here like it. I used all kinds of polishes when my wheels were polished and that was my least favorite.
