Default Toyo Proxes T1R???

Anyone running these? I ordered CCW SP500s with some Vredestein Sessanata Ultracs, which I have heard are a pretty good all-around tire for the money. However, the Vredesteins would not be available in time for me to receive my CCWs this week, as the wheels are already ready to ship...just needed the tires. Chip, at CCW, was able to get me the Toyo Proxes T1R this week for about the same price.

My question is this: Is anyone running the Proxes on their car?

I did a search and hardly came up with any hits...well, nothing of any value to my question. If you are running the Proxes T1R, please share your experience with them and what you are running them on. The CCWs are 18x10F/18X11R.

Yeah, same as above. I can't vouce for the T1R but I have a set of Proxes 4's on my T/A at 275/40/17 and they are awesome tires. The tread life is great and they grip really well. Good handling tires as well. I'll definitely be getting Toyo's again on my next performance car.

I agree they are a great tire, but not about the hooking 700 rwhp. I run the same size on the rear for my street setup and I cannot hook them for anything. I'm a lot less than 700 rwhp.
