Default wheel spacer

i wanna run a 7/16 r gasket special ones with my stock wheels and 1/2 studs...
i go to the track with mt dr on my stock wheels also how safe if this?
is it as simple as put them on drive around and recheck the tq on them?
or do i need ones that fit tight on the studs and hub to be safe?
and does anyone know where i can get a 7/16 spacer that fits tight like that if i need it?

Hub and Wheel Cntric spacers are your best and safest bet, vrs the universal "stuff" . . .

They cost alot more . . .
