summit rims?

what size summit rims do you guys recommend me to get for the rear and what size tires.--current mods slp lid, full exhaust,LT's ,ory, loudmouth, transgo shift kit,built tranny, and 2.73 gears. my sound kinda crazy but i cant hook for **** in first gear if i launch it on the track.

I know they only make a 15x8 in the summit star

I'm running 15x8 with a 5.5 BS in the rear with MT ET Street radials 275/50/15, up front 15x4 with a 1.75 BS with MT sportsman SR's 26/6/15. Even though others will disagree, summitt says the 275's are safe on a 8" rim..

those look pretty nice... aren't they somewhat heavy tho for a slicks/skinneys setup?

Not, not heavy at all.. I read on another site they only weigh 4 LBs per rim more then prostars..

Tires cost more than the rims... $430 dlvd for the set..

I had to grind all 4 calipers.. Not as much as if I had prostars.. Took about 30 min per caliper..
