They were on the car when I bought it in Sept.

I really don't know who would put wheels like that on that car...or ANY car for that matter.

I left them on for a few reasons....the tires were almost new, I wasn't sure what I wanted to replace them with, and budget constraints. I was looking when I first go the car, then winter hit so I figured I'd leave them on for a while as to not mess up new wheels.

After all this time though, I can't say enough how happy I am to finally have nice wheels on the car.
