Anodizing Wheels
Have you looked into powdercoating? I can't even imagine what it would cost to anodize a wheel. I know when I was looking to anodize some small paintball parts 5-10 little pieces about 1 inch to 2 inches in size quotes were around $200-300.
If I rememeber correctly I think I was quoted about $100 per wheel to have the centers of my Weld Magnums anodized and that was me just shipping the centers not a complete one piece wheel.
