I'm to scared to use steel wool or sandpaper on my ccw's. I used some noxon 7 a few days ago that worked pretty good. They still need a little work but i'm worried about scratching them up. Is there a certain amount of pressure to put on?

just a little bit of pressure, but you dont need much, start off with 1000 since i am guessing your ccw's are pretty new, then buff a spot and see if you like the, if not go to 1500.

Noxon 7 didn't do **** for me...a drill and a buff ball with the right polish will take care of anything sandpaper can do if you do it correctly.
