How much are these worth?

How much are these worth? I'm gonna buy this set of black ZR1's with polished lips. The fronts are 17x9 rears are 17x11s. The front tries are at about 40-50% and the rears are brand new 315/35R17 MT's. They have 10 track passes and mabey 100 street miles on them, all driven by me. The guy I'm gonna buy them from let me borrow them before I bought them to see how I liked them. He literally drove 5 miles max on them to his house before he broke his car and took them off. The wheels need to be repowdercoated, but are in good shape otherwise, no curb damage or bent wheels.

Not trying to sell them to me or anything are you I can get all 4 wheels redone for less than 200 bucks, a really good buddy of mine has a powder coat oven at his shop, so if you can find me some new DR's for less than 200 I'll buy yours
I sent him the offer for 600, if he doesn't go for it I'll pm you and we can work something out

Ya, I've got chrome 10 spokes. Not 100% sure if I'd get rid of them when I get my next set of wheels. I havn't decided on that yet.
