how much effect on speedometer?

how much effect on speedometer? Upgrading from 245/50/16's to 295/35/18's.
I calculated an overall height of 663.7mm for the 18's and 651.4mm for the stock 16's.
Is this the right approach? Will 6mm larger radius change anything at all?

I found tire calculator and it say if you go from a 245/50/16 to a 295/35/18
when your speedometer reads 65 you are actually going 66.23 mph.
