Those are the Billet Specialties Street Lites.
There made in a 15x10 7.5" bs for a Direct fit on the ls1/Lt1.

If I had the budget I would have definitely went with Bogarts or Billet Specialties but my last set (that I just sold) were Weld Prostars 15x10 and 15x3.5.
I seen an earlier post saying that a 5/8 spacer was required on the front to avoid grinding. He may have been confused or maybe he needed that much spacer but I used a 5/16 spacer on my fronts and also on my rears to avoid too heavy of grinding. I also used 2 3/4" long GM wheel studs for safety. A lot of guys still use stock wheel studs with Welds but not enough threads there to turn for me.
I also ran 325/50/15 Goodyear DR's on the rear which required more massaging than fitting the Welds.
Not a bad fit at all. I really like how this wheel/tire combo filled everything in nice in the rear. But like I said there are better wheels that don't require all the BS as you have seen if you have a little extra in your wallet. If not, it's probably even worth saving up to not go through the extra work.

Sorry for the run-on!
And before some guys with 165's start flaming about how they've been running them four 14 years with no problems consider the fact that some guys do have problems and no one is exempt from the possibility, there I said it!
