Default help please!!!
just got a tear in my brand new nitto 555 right on top of the tire where it starts to get flat for the sideall. Is this patchable? Is it safe?

get a new tire. Personally I will patch a punture but anything on the sideall, or as near it as it sounds for you should be replaced.

Any damage beyond the flat road wearing tread pattern is non-repairable . . .

it might be covered under warranty call the place you go them from. maybe you can get a new one for free

no company is going to warranty a foreign object going through a tire. I assume it was a foregin object cuz i have never seen a hole in a tire come from something other than a foregin object.

road hazard warranty !! cost like 20-30 bucks when you buy new tires .. always worth the extra dough
