I have a set of HID headlights, when im driving they started flickering, and occasionally one or the other will go off on me...its getting to be more and more common, and i suspect the ballasts are old/ just dont like me.
I have 2 memphis amps, and a 1.5 f cap, and i wanted to make sure the cap wasnt causing this before i got new ballasts. A Little help?

Please advise.
