Glovebox light going on & off.

Glovebox light going on & off. It just seems to sporadically go on and off while closed. And then the light doesnt come on when it's open, sometimes it works fine. Very odd. Any ideas?

sometimes the switch gets moved, (slamming the glovebox door) its held in there with a cheap plastic retainer. you could try moving it a little, it could also be sticking.
