AMP Wiring question....
AMP Wiring question.... I search (a little not a lot) and found only one answer about about wiring the power wire from the battery to the amp through the firewall.... I looked where they said but it was in a 98' firebird, I have a 2001 formula and need help! where can I feed the guage wire through the firewall? thank you!
you don't even need to unbolt the PCM. I took a screwdriver and poked a hole in the grommet (to ensure the power wire will still be surrounded by rubber) from the inside of the car. Just remove the passenger side kick panel (5 screws) and the passenger side hush panel (2 push pins) and reach to the far corner and you should be able to feel it. Then I pushed the wire through the opening. If you push enough wire through the hole you should be able to grab the wire from behind the PCM without having to remove the PCM.
