Amps killing HP?

i have a memphis belle 1300 and its a 5 channel so its almost 3 feet long lol.
since the amp runs my mids and highs i dont take it out for the track but i do take out my dual 12 subthump box.
the weight will slow you down a little and from what i know a 100 lbs is worth about a tenth.

Sound system weight is the same as carrying a small passenger or more gas in the car...just look at it that way and it seems better. Easier to think about it like that than pull all the audio out for the track.

Yeah my box and amps and heavy subs prolly does add up to a 100lbs, but yeah just like the guy said the added weight is definatly worth the good sound! It's a dd so im gonna have fun with it. At idle it does not pull the battery or even dim the lights and it hits pretty hard so i guess i have nothing to worry about..just proved my friend wrong haha thanks guys!
