Default Blinking Gauges?

Anyone ever had a problem that when they unlock and get into their car (key not in ignition) the guages all blink/click like they're a turn signal?

Once I put the key in, it stops and everything functions normally. The only thing I've changed lately is remove both horns. Any ideas?

Okay... I'll bite. Why would you want to remove the horns?
