I'm back guys. I have another job in addition to this business and the other job held me up last week big time. I also work for Dept. of Homeland Security and had to do a 6 day training class to update my certification. Sorry for all those calls I missed last week.

I received my speakers from Ian today! I ordered last Tuesday (or Wed, I can't remember).
They were well packed, and in good shape. I'm looking forward to getting them in the car this weekend.

Ian called late Friday last week and he answered all my questions. I'm not expecting miracles with the new speakers - only a drastic improvement. I ordered the better kit and UPS says they will be here tomorrow.
I'll plug the mid woofers in the sail panels and the coax's in the rear right away because they are easy to get to and let everyone know what I think - hopefully by this next weekend.
I need to have some quiet time to get to the doors as I plan to correct the door panels so they don't crack while have the door panels off to do the door speakers.

I got my speakers three days after I ordered them from Ian (Kee Audio).
I got the better (more expensive) F body kit for my 98 TA. I had blown a sail panel speaker so needed to get those in right away. And the rear speakers are quite easy to replace as well.
The improvement is quite noticable. A much crisper, stronger punch out of the mid woofers in the sail panels. And the rears are much crisper sounding. I'm still playing with connecting both the woofer leads and the tweeter leads to the new speakers (coax). Right now I have only the woofer leads from the car harness hooked to them but am going to solder on the tweeter leads as well so the tweets in the coax's get a signal also. Ian seems to think ths sound will be too bright and distracting with the rear tweets hooked up. I like a crisper, somewhat brighter sound myself so we will see.
I have not installed the door speakers yet. Probably in the next month or so. I can tell they are probably going to make the biggest difference so far. Once those are in I'll be able to give a final report.
But for now, all is great and Ian has been very helpful and responsive.

I received my order within an hour of placing it with Ian (it helps living close enough to drive over and pick stuff up) 
Anyway, Ian is a super nice and knowledgable guy. I went with the standard replacement set - sound quality is radically better and these things play LOUD! Nothing but a 100%

To follow up my post from a few days ago - I connected both sets of rear leads to the new CDT coax speakers in the rear. I did one set only first and it was not good. I immediately got this loud hum that would not go away, even when I turned the radio off. The only think I can think of is that I must have had the polarity wrong and was creating a feedback loop through the Monsoon amp. Either way, I just wired up the original tweeters back into the Monsoon harness and left them in the system. I don't appear to have done any permanent damage.
I'll make my final evaluation once I do the door speakers.
Still, I'm pleased with these speakers over the stock speakers.

I ordered from IAN via his website/paypal, I ordered the cheaper replacement kit for the 98-02 TransAm. Order was placed on Saturday night.
I received the box of speakers today Wednesday!
Box was in good condition, great shipping, SUPER fast shipping.
Let you know what I think after install, I am sure its going to be a great improvement over stock, can't wait.
