couple of battery questions
couple of battery questions First off, what is the largest size battery to fit the stock location? I am in Chesapeake VA and my car is back in Greensboro or I would just go measure 
Secondly, are there any batteries with high CCA that are side post? Almost all I have been interested in (marine batteries, Kinetik, Batcap etc) have all been top post. I know Optima has one with both but I am reading too many mixed reviews on them and I want to keep my custom battery cover
Any help or suggestions is appreciated

I dont think there is any good batteries that are just side post.The odyssey pc-1500(aka stinger) has side post and top post but it does use the oem GM battery mount/hold down.I know where you can get them for a decent price,pm me and i can send a link.
I will be checking those out
