Default How to unlock cd player for a 05 malibu??
The factory cd player just went bad in my wife's 05 malibu. So I purchased a used one of the same model. I read that after I install it the dealership would have to unlock it. Is there a website or a way I can unlock it myself?

nope, it's done through the Tech 2. has to be programed
