Speaker problem
Speaker problem I have an 01 trans am with monsoon system. I replaced all the speakers with a package from kee audio. Everything worked fine, but my driver side sail panel just quit working. All the passenger side speakers are fine, and the driver's side door, tweeter, and hatch all work. It is not a problem with the speaker it is like there is no power going to the sail panel.
My guess would be you have a loose conection in your wiring. Play with the wires while your stero is on and see if you can get it to make noise. I am thinking about getting the package from Kee. What package did you get and how does it sound?
I ordered the standard package with the audiopipe speakers for the sail panels. It sounds good when it works. I have had part of the audiopipe speaker come loose and Kee said it was common. All you have to do is glue it back together with gorilla glue and its fine.
