Wow this thread is all over the place...So i'll just answer the initial questions..I have the Millhouse box from sub thump. I love it.. I'm running 1 JL10W6 V.2.. I have the sub way under powered. (its capable of 300 watts I have it running on less than 200) It still hits harder than my 2 12" MTX subs were with 200 going to each. If you want to keep your 2 12's my suggestion is get the millhouse with 1 12 and get the driver's side box with another 12 in it. this way you don't loose your t-top space and you don't have to get new equipment. You can get the amp rack from sub thump thats made for use with the millhouse. I'm not sure about your x-box's dimensions but the amps will work there.

edit:I realize that sub thump doesn't show a 12" availible in the driver's side box, yet I know that NY LS1 on this board has one, may not be from them, but you can get one..sorry for any confusion..

Only thing that makes me wary is the weight of two boxes.. but this may be the best idea yet.. hmm.

There's also going to be the difference in volume of the two boxes but that probably won't make too big of a difference in the end for most people.

Right? I need to go check the recommended air space for my subs.. It's .7 - 1.0 cu ft. The millhosue box says up to 1.25 cuft, will they custom build it to the correct volume?

Yes sub thump will customize the internal cubic size. My JL10w6v.2 requires .625 min, He gave me .7 cubic feet. They guy was really help full, just give him the subs specs, and he will make the box work for it. I have nothing but good things to say, I love my Millhouse box...
