switch or motor?
switch or motor? On my last car the window motor died, but on my new car, occasionally on a hot day the drivers side window will stop moving, and if i wait a bit it will go up then stop, and again until its all the way up.
Does this sound more like the switch? Or is this the motor again?
I havent tested but it seems excess resistance is causing the circuit to heat up and open temporarily, then after it cools it will work until it gets hot again. This only happens on hot days like 80-85+. In the 70s i havent noticed it.
