Default Stock CD changer Question

Does anyone know where I could get the disc holder/insert for the stock CD changer? The guy I bought the car from was unable to find it.

The Pioneer JD-T1212 is also compatible.

They're out of stock right now, but you can keep an eye out for it on eBay or anywhere else you can find one.

I have the JD-T1212 as my spare and it works perfectly.
