manually operating the automatic antenna??

manually operating the automatic antenna?? i have an on off switch, how do i wire that to the electric antenna where i can have the antenn go down when im listening to cd's?

Wire the switch inline in the pink wire from the back of the radio. This is the wire that provides power when the radio is on to raise the antenna and keep it up. When the power is cut (by shutting off the car or by opening your switch), the antenna goes down.
Putting a switch in like that will mean that the antenna will work normally when the switch is on (antenna will go up or down when the radio is turned on or off). The antenna will go down and stay down when the switch is off.

alright guys i got it to work! its sweet and it was so easy to do. i cleaned up the trim and everything while it was out and it only took about 1 hour. i have the switch in the ash tray ill get some pics of where it is later on if anyone wants to see it
