cd stops and speakers

cd stops and speakers hi al
i have only had my 01 ws6 on the road for about a month now
last week or so i have been fed up with the rubbish on the radio so put some cds in the car
put one in a home made one all ok at low speeds but as soon as you floor it or go a bit quick the cd pauses until you ease off the gas
so i thought it might be cos its a home made disc
so put a bought out the shop one in and does the same
it does not jump or anything just pauses any ideas would not be so bad but as i have not had the car that long i am always booting it everywere
and now have got fed up with that and gone back to the radio
and also think i might of blown my driver side back speaker one n the panel behind the seat as anytime any bass comes on it sounds bad
so what are good replacements as i am in england i might not be able to get some of the speakers but as i know what i am looking for i can get them
