What you fail to realize is, that, on my car at least, its kind of hard to get the passenger door to unlock. I sometimes have to hit the damn button 4 or 5 times. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem.

Also, for some reason the range on my factory alarm is less than 30 feet which is bullshit. Factory alarms on these cars SUCK. I need to get off my *** and install my Viper alarm.

Yeah, Squee, I actually had that same problem, so I just ditched all the electronics instead of trying to fix it. An old fashioned key works fine for me, though it's slow. lol:

i just did this and it's one of those things that's so easy, ya might as well do it. one quick splice and your done. if somebody knows how to make the windows roll down on the second click, that'd be awsome.

yes, but you will need to install a DEI 530T module, and from what I read, wiring that in can take some time.

Looks awesome, but what if we don't have remote key fobs from the factory? I tried a search, couldn't find what I was looking for....

If you don't have remote key fobs from the factory you can add them by changing the BCM from a keyless entry car and getting new keys with the correct chips to match. And you will need key fobs. I did this mod on my 99 Z28 which did not have keyless entry.
