speaker ?? i have a 95 camaro and im putting in the rear hatch panels from a 99 in my car so i will go from 4 speakers to 6.. i have an after market head unit. the question is how do i wire up the rear speakers. all 6 speakers are aftermarket already do i have to run a wire from each speaker to the head unit or can i connect into the wires in the rear seat sailpanel speakers.. any advice...
You should be safe splicing them off the sail speakers. The factory system only has 4 chanels anyway. They get the rear speaker when it comes out the monsoon amp. So it goes 4 from head, fron and rear left and right, then it comes out of the amp as 8, front mids and highs, left and right, sail speakers for bass, left and right, then the rear speakers, left and right. Without the amp, you will just have front and rear left and right and the rear speakers will just be with the sails.
^^^ hes right though, they are crap unless you get better aftermarkets to replace the stock ones.
