Default Questions regarding adding more speakers with bose system...

I have a 93 Z28 that came stock with the bose system. So far, I've replaced the two front speakers with Polk components and added 2 10" subs in the hatch as well as a cheap JVC head unit. Since it only has one set of preouts I had to piggyback the amps to work with it. I'm getting a new head unit with 3 sets of preouts (front, rear, sub), and I'm interested in adding speakers in the backseats. I still have the stock speaker in the hatch with the bose amp... what would I have to do to make all of this compatible? I want to remove the back speaker and add the two... I'm just a wiring noob and I've been told that the bose system messes with everything when you try to go for an upgraded system.

Also, any recommendations on the back speakers? I was thinking just some mid-priced 2 ways.
