HUMount Install Help

Does anyone have a help guide on how to install this damn thing? I can't figure out how to secure the HU to the HUMount. Normally, you would just use the metal bezel for the HU, and bend up the little pieces to prevent the radio from moving around when installed. But, with the HUmount, I can not do this. The plastic is too thick to bend any of my metal piece up. And, it seems the radio would just slide back into the dash, since there is nothing holding it from sliding backwards. So any help with the install of the radio on the mount would be great.

Also, I have no idea if I got the LED or the Lamp bulbs, since I didn't order the mount, I got it for Christmas, so I'm not sure how to figure out which bulbs I have. Each bulb has two wires, both white in color, with no indication to which is positive or negative.

Also, just wondering...on my aftermarket harness there are two orange wires, one with a line, and one without a line on it. Which would I use to wire the bulbs?

I've done some searching, and it seems this is a pretty common problem with HUMount, both the wiring, and how to install. In all honestly I'm kind bothered that I got generic install instructions for a $80 item, which normally cost around $15.

Any help would be great.
