Okay i have been looking on here and cannot really find anything that im really looking for. I have been wanting to redo my speakers and headunit for a while now. Let me start with what i have now: i bought the car about a year and a half ago and it had the stock headunit with sub hookups in the back. The speakers were all crap from the beginning. The front door speakers were alright, the sail panel speakers had nothing comming from them, and one of the rears was blown. Now i replaced the headunit with a pioneer and for 2 12" kicker comps and a kicker amp, and had circuit city install it all cuz it was free with the purchase. Everything was fine for a while then my subs dont work anymore. I have no idea why, im not to into systems or audio setups, thats why i had Circuit City install it. Now they went under and dont really know what to do.
Now i want to replace all of my component speakers with bigger ones. I am planning on ripping up the carpet and re-running everything. I know that the factory speakers went to an amp, that im pretty sure has been taken out by the person before me. I want a good system that is loud and would like to rewire my subs and keep them. Any advice will be good, or if anyone has a write-up of their setup or some pictures. Anything lol

i already did, everything was good. I think it was just a bad ground, but the subs are currently out of the car right now. Havent had much time to mess with it between work and school and the snow we have had
