Keyless entry and power locks not working

Out of nowhere when i go to arm the 98 /ta it makes one chirp for the alarm and the lights flash. Also the doors wont lock, either one of them. Then when i go to disarm the car no horn sounds for disarm. I can get inside and neither one of the door locks in the car will lock or uinlock the car. When pushing the keyfob and working the door locks inside the car. There is a clicking noise that i have found to be behind the glove box coming from a black plastic box. The battery is good in the key fob. Can anyone help with this matter please. Thanks..

I had that happen to me one time and I had blown a fuse and im pretty sure it was something stupid like interior lmps or something like that. check all the fuses
