Where does the EL12 Flasher for LED's GO?

Where does the EL12 Flasher for LED's GO? I bought two for the turn signals and the hazards for my LED's. I already placed the lights in so i cant use my turnsignals to track the noise. Anyone have any pictures pointing what these things look like. Thanks.
If Im guessing correctly there is one on both sides right about where my knees would be...its black with red?
