I haven't gotten around to fixing this yet sine I have been workin a lot lately and the T/A is just my weekend toy, but now my windshield wipers and cruise aren't working and all the fuses are still good. I guess that upper control module is going bad which would also cause all this, right? I'm jus wondering why my turn signals are still working fine though.

I'm not sure about the issue you are having but I wanted to update that I have fixed my intermittent turn signal problem by replacing the turn signal switch like whitebird suggested. it was a pain in the rear to replace but now I have working taillights all the time lol. thanks whitebird!!
