Default Kee Audio Basic speaker package installed

I just finished replacing all of my stock speakers (blown fronts) with the Kee basic speaker package. The install was pretty easy, they are not a direct bolt in (door speakers were except wiring), but it was not hard to mount any of them. They sound better than the stock speakers and I feel for the money they are a great deal.

Kee Audio

Install tips;
-Print out the wiring code sheet from the Monsoon faq. sticky.

-Use this to help with the door panel removal

-Take your time and be sure of your connections.

-Use two sided tape to hold the sail panel speakers on and drill new holes,
use self tapping screws. Remove the stock clips and throw them away.

The stock clips can be replaced by a dorman #6 speednut at the local autoparts store as well. This brings the holes inward just slightly.
I used self tap screws when I first did mine and later discovered the #6 speednut. Either way works.

Thanks for the tips. Hopefully I can purchase a kit soon.
