Antenna problems.

Antenna problems. Well my trans am got taken through an automatic wash with the antenna straight up in the back. 
It was completely laid over sideways and bent to hell, even the little rubber housing that's on the car was a little skewed.
Finally after getting it all somewhat fixed every time the antenna goes up or down it grinds almost the entire time.
Is there anyone out there that makes a antenna that's flush with the car and still gets good reception? That way there would be no antenna going up and down?
Any other cool antennas out there?
