Basically just that. I am running an 8 gauge line to the back of my car to control the nitrous goodies such as the bottle heater, the remote bottle opener, etc. I used 8 gauge and would like to split it without resorting to electrical tape. Something that looks somewhat professional, even if it will never be seen.

I havent seen any blocks that will do that but what about using banana plugs at the end of your 12 guage wires then a screw type distro block? Should keep them snug and will look clean overall.

I'm glad I'm not alone! Instead of looking for, or making a block, I am just going to cut the wire long then fold it over several times. Then I can fit the 12 into the 8's spot and the 8 into the 4's spot on an extra 4/8 block I have.
Thanks guys.

If you want to go that route and try and keep it clean, after folding the wire coat it in flux then cover in solder. It should keep you from having a wild hair situation with little stands running around.
