Bottom line is: accept an ebay sale as final with no manufacturer warranty. That being said, big wooptie, I have bought a a ton of stuff from ebay.
... you're really not getting what he's saying. at all. and you've succeeded in making yourself look like a complete ******* in the process.
He NEVER said anything about having PROBLEMS with the items purchased from ebay grey market sellers. He said you would have problems RETURNING, which is absolutely true. Half the time they change their name/policy/etc or just ignore your attempts to exchance a defective item.
And are you really stupid enough to take his "99%" literal? It's another way of saying "more times than not" but clearly that's beyond your comprehension skills.
