Foglight switch question.
Foglight switch question. For a 99 Trans Am, is the foglight switch supposed to light up? Not the right half of the switch that lights up a yellow circle when you turn the lights on, but the left half. I can't find any photos on here of that area with the lights on, just gauge photos.
The headlight switch has its own light that I just replaced as it was blown, but that only lights up the face of the headlight switch panel. The foglight switch is completely serperate from that assembly though, like an inch or so below that. It just kinda looks like it should be illuminated, the left side of the switch that is. It just has that little "Light" icon in an indentation that to me, suggests it was lit up at one time. If it was never lit up, it should have been, lol.

Not sure why one would want this. Unless you are driving grandma style and are driving by looking through the steering wheel, I can't imagine how one could even see the panel. I just use the switches there by feel and look for the yellow dot to tell if they are on/off.
