I ordered a set of hids from them at the end of March and I got them yesterday, shipped from China. I was able to do the install in about 45 minutes. Install instructions were non exsistant, but it was all plug and play.
Orderd mine last week about monday says theyll be here next thurdsday got the tracking number and they are on the way so i dunno what the rumors are about but im gettin mine they may take a long time to get but for the price and quality i hear they are worth it..
They're drop shipped from China or at least what I received a few weeks ago was. I find it amusing when people read rumors that XYZ company isn't selling their best selling product anymore. Why would they do that? Everyone knows them as the HID place. Why would they stop selling them all of the sudden...

Yea i got min last weekend, took a while but everything worked perfectly, the only problem is i seem to have a bad light bulb connector harness, its burnt up a little on the inside where you plug in the bulb and sometimes i have to mess with the wire and the light will start working again. The kit seems to work perfectly except it makes a whining high pitched sound when they start to heat up is this normal?? About the backwards thing i googled it and it says most gm cars with 9006 bulbs and other certain bulbs require that you connect the h.i.d. kits backwards + to - and - to +

Verdad Gallardo ^^cool thanks man...and yea it took about 3 weeks for mine to get in but worth the wait, i ordered the 40 dollar set, paid like 56 bucks with shipping. The ballast are nice and heavy and feel like they are good quality for the price.
