Lost all HVAC and door panel lights??
Lost all HVAC and door panel lights?? In the 98 I have no heater, ac lights anymore,,, plus the small interior door handle lights are all out,, only thing I did lately is install an aftermarket stereo,, is it related?
Another funny thing that also is wierd,, if I hit a bad bump at night,, my dome lights come on for a split second,, Its weird and im sure unrelated.

I also have a 98 with similar issues [dome light coming on over bumps, no dash lights at night]. Previous owner had installed some white gauge face and had stereo equipment in the car. I need to spend time when it comes out of storage diagnosing what the problem is. Hopefully someone chimes in here to help us out!! I have no idea where to start checking.

Sorry, this is one of those "get out your tester and track it down" situations. Check that the TAIL LPS and IP DIMMER fuses are okay. Then check for power and ground at a socket where the light isn't working. Proceed from there depending on what you found (both power and ground - replace bulb otherwise look for broken connection).
All fuses are fine yah....
k so wierd,,, now tonight they hvac lights worked fine. But still no interior door mini lights,,,, when are these supposed to be on?? you know the super small little slits by the interior door handle.

no i dont think the bulbs are blown,,,, another thing i dont remeber seeing on is steering wheel contol lights,, or my shifter light?? MM i think im going to make a list,,, its hard to remeber what all is suppose to be lit up.
