installing new sony HU
installing new sony HU I am installing a new HU. I bought the harness from best buy and looking at all the wires. both the orange wires have no match? did the give me the wrong harness? I haven't done anything yet, so I could take it back. they also didn't give me an adaptor for the ant? that needed as well?

The orange wires are just your dimmer and illumination. Those are not that important on an install. when i was an installer, most people didnt want that feature anyway. It would dim the lights down at night on the stereo.

ground - blk
red - ign +
yellow - constant +
white
white and blk
green
green and blk
grey
grey and blk
purple
purple and blk
(and if you have a aftermarket amp and sub,,, blue w/white stripe to amp)
(and if you have a power ant. hook up those wires)
dont worry bout anything else
