fans click off without control

fans click off without control Once the car is warmed up the fans wont come on unless i restart the car and then they will only come on for a short period of time (5 seconds or so). I replaced the relay and it did it again....
However I was looking at installing dual fans and was wondering if I could use the fog light wiring as I dont use them and dont plan on it... Doing so would allow me to use the fog light switch to turn on and off the fans....
Im looking for a short term fix so I can get elbows deep and find the reason my relays keep blowing when the fans come on

because the wiring for the fog lights are in place. stock switch, its already wired up, its on a relay with wiring that works and as long as its on the fog light switch I could leave it on and not worry about it draining my battery if I park the car for the night....
Like I said, this will be the short term fix... if I change the fuses to handle the fans would all be ok?
