Did you mean to ask us what would be involved? If so, there are aftermarket kits to add that stuff, or you can go to the junkyard. I do not know if you will need to add wiring (or if it's there but disconnected) or change the BCM.
Probably not worth it unless you find cheap used parts.

yeah , I know the cruse control is going to be extensive and a pain ,but I miss it so much I went to el paso some time ago and that was hell on my foot , my main thing is power locks and windows I just don't know where to find the kits though
