Whats factory cd worth

eBay is super overpriced these days... Well OP, given that you can buy a new single din with good EQ, iPod controls, and HD radio for like 70 dollars, a Monsoon should be worth something like $30.

i also liked the clean factory look, just because i didnt want anything all flashy. ended up going with basically the cleanest double din i liked. only problem with getting a replacement stocker is, eventually its going to take a dump too.

imo, nothing.
mine worked fine but I wanted aux input. I got a cheapy deck from best buy for $150. Has pandora, ipod, usb, aux.
I just shelved the stocker. If I ever part the car i'll sell it.. otherwise, I keep all the parts I take off.
Got a Z hood in the garage, set of snowflake 16s in the back yard.. I always feel like i'm gonna need it.
If you can find someone tryin to sell, you can probably get it cheap cheap.

Its only worth what someone will pay for it. That being said the LS1 style factory radio's are not worth ****. Mostly because many 97+ Factory radios had CD players in them.
LT1 Factory radio's are worth quite a bit. I was about to drop $250 on one but then got the deal of a lifetime for $50. LT1 cars bose system was awesome(and still is) compared to the 97+ systems.
97+ for a mint system - $50 max

^^^What he said. I was of the same mind that I thought aftermarket HUs looked tacky but if done right they can look as good as stock or better Remember if you get another stock unit your getting at least ten year old technology. For less than $150 you can get an aftermarket HU that will sound a lot better and have goodies like HD, USB, aux in, etc.
