Interior lights out, any suggestions?

Interior lights out, any suggestions? My gauge lights and my radio display won't come on when I turn my parking lights or headlights on.
The radio lights up during the day but as soon as I turn the lights on, the radio goes black and I don't have guage lights.
I have checked all the fuses and most of the wiring without finding anything.
Any suggestions?

Double check the IP Dimmer fuse at the fuse panel on the driver's side of the dash.
Test the fuse or swap it with another one of the same rating. Don't just do a visual check.
Also make sure the dimmer control next to the headlight switch isn't all the way down.
