Default Anyone tapped in AFTER amplifier?

Has anyone use a line ouot converter and tied into the speaker lines AFTER the stock monsoon amp? would this cause a problem?

Im installing a pair of amps to run my new subs, and im wondering if I tied the line out converter into the stock rear speakers would this cause a problem, with the signal already being amplified by the stock amp.

If so which wires on the inlet side of the stock amp should I use?

Get A Diagram And Do It On Te Amps Input Wires The Output Wires Are Gonna Be A Bad Idea For Various Reason Like One Their Crossed Over For The Smaller Spkrs (high Subsonic Filtering) , A Increase Thd Due To It Being An Amplifed Signal , More Stess On The High\low Converters... Basically Its Just A Plain Bad Idea Just Get Some Tapins And Do It Before The Monsoon Amp On Its Hi Input Signal And If Done Right It Shouldsound Pritty Good I Did Just Nthis Last Night For A Buddys Car .... The Houstin Fbody Association Has A Pritty Good Diagram Of The Monsoon Amplifer Pinout Configuration On Their Website Id Use That To Make The Job Go Quicker

i put a line out converter on mine after the amp and am running an old punch withan external adjustable crossover before it and it works just fine. all the line out converter does is tell your amp to turn on basically and the speakers to work. i don't know, maybe i don't know what i'm doing, but mine works just fine pounding 2 Infinity 12's. hope everything works out for you. I did just that on my 97 monsoon stock amp for the sub. I took the line converter inputs from the sail panel dvc connectors. I soldered the wire lead ends (to make stiff) and pushed a pair into a left and another pair into a right channel connector pair. I used the wire with a stripe as the ground, and the diagonal wire across from it. Works great. My amp senses current and turns on, if you connect into the wrong speaker leads, the amp will always stay on, yet still work.

i did this with my first set up on my 98 z. it works just fine. the speakers in the hatch area...you just gotta get a wire to go from the driver side over to tap into those wires as well. I mounted my line out converter with a piece of velco with 3 m double sided tape on it so it stuck well, right on the side of the inner fender on the rear pass. side where teh spare tire is. i dont have the spare in there though caus emy nitrous bottle is tucked away in that location.but at any rate...it works. just take your time and make sure the connections are clean.
