Anyone know what this harness goes to?

Anyone know what this harness goes to? Hey guys,
I had to do some work, and in the process these relays fell out. I noticed some of the wires where not even connected. They are wired with speaker wire lol. They connect to a harness on the inside of the passenger side, under the glove box, next to the door. I dont have access to my service manual right now, but anyone know what the harness is and maybe what these relays are doing? I havent noticed anything not working while they are not connected. I know theres is that power window relay mod that uses two relays, perhaps thats what this is?
Either way, id like to fix it/remove it, or at least clean up and solder the connections. I dont remember installing these, but who knows lol.....
