Default Headlights don't work!

Well, since I'm stuck waiting on my injectors to show up, I decided I'd take an easy day and go ahead and wire up my HID headlights. Bought them from eBay, the 35W ones, and got some Sonars to put them in.
Unfortunately, when I went to wire them up, they don't work right. The driver's side high beam won't light. But when I turn on the lights, the high beam indicator on the dash stays on. It won't turn off. My mechanic and I think there might be a short (the previous owner, in his infinite wisdom, decided the best way to remove ABS would be to just cut all the wires that led to the pump and leave the exposed ends sticking out of the wiring harness), so we're going to go digging through the wires to try to figure out where it is.
Does anybody have a diagram of the parts of the wiring harness that are for the headlamps?

Some h.I.d.s don't work unless you reverse the connectors from the way they should/polarity is backwards.

Yeah, I reversed the connectors. The only time i have issues is when the driver's side high beam is connected. I tried:
1. with the relay attached to only one stock plug for the signal (stock plug > relay > ballast > bulb). If I did that, only one side would work.
2. with the relay attached to both stock plugs for the signal (both stock plugs > relay > ballast > bulb). If i did that, the high beam indicator is stuck on, and all the lights come on except DS high beam.
3. without the relay (stock plug > ballast > bulb). same issue as with the relay attached to both stock plugs for the signal.

it looks like I have to have the relay attached to both stock plugs for the signal, or go without the relay entirely, and just connect directly to the ballast. but with everything hooked up, the driver's side high beam won't light.

I have this same issue ballast Ive had for years. I thoght they were give out I bought new ones. Nothing changed, they flicker out. Someties it's both sides.

Did you find a solution? Also what relays are talking about.

I ended up using some old halogens for now.

Yeah, had to order a new ballast...picked up a ballast and heard a rattling noise inside of it. I messaged the eBay buyer I purchased it from, and he said I could purchase another one for only $17. I lol'd, and bought a separate one from someone else.

Shoulda got some better ones.

I got some relays from eBay, "Xenon HID Conversion Relay Wiring Harness," one for the high beams, and one for the low beams.
