Take out the third taillight, & pop it down right inside there. Just grab a coathanger, straighten it out, & have fun with wire fishing. The fibercore material is so thin, it does not interfere with the reception at all. & best of all, it is completely out of sight.

None at all. Just used a little double sticky tape to hold it in place. Besides if ur antenna is considerably larger than mine, there's plenty of room in the spoiler to place it. Like I said, I have two antennas in mine, one for xm, & one for navigation. For the wires, just fish them through the left or right side of the spoiler, then run the wires inside the weather stripping up to the factory wire loom back into the rest of the car.

Mine has a magnetic bottom, so its just sitting on top of one of the child seat anchors in the hatch arear right behind the rear seats. (Yeah, I know its the lazy way)
